Lel B. Peto informs unleaded in New York Harbor traded a 13cts gal spot 
premium, up 3cts gal at an implied 90.5cts gal. Regular RFG is priced 20cts 
gal over futures and jumped 2.25cts gal to 97.5cts gal. The Harbor was not 
the only hot spot for cash market gasoline. Gulf Coast conventional M-4 
regular no lead traded at an implied 81.5cts gal, up 2.25cts gal, priced at 
a 4cts gal screen premium. Prompt heating oil in the Harbor fell 0.75cts to 
73.25cts gal, on 11-4..
