Turtle is the subset of n3 that corresponds directly to RDF (so it's
more or less isomorphic to RDF/XML).

Which would allow (at least..?) two options - embed the other material
as a (string or XML) literal or map terms in the dialect to terms in
an RDF vocabulary.
