PROXY Problem

hi
  ive written a proxy server(a small one being an beginner) which is in
position as shown below.

[browser] --------> [My ProxyServer] ------------> OurOffice
/\/\/\/\/\/  [internet]

Gateway

Now the problem is while doing HTTP proxy, NTLM comes into picture. i
know there is a NTLM auth. in the server and dont know bout a realm,
other things. so i want complete explanation about this. can anybody
help me in this.
