Mime Types and Fragment IDs

Although this document by Jeni Tennison [1] was discussed at the
recent TAG f2f [2] no specific announcement of its publication has
appeared here, so, here is one.

And a question:

In section 1.5 [3], the RDF in SVG example, the id attributes are
missing from the 'line' elements -- by accident, or by design?

And the assertions made consist of the following triples, right?

 <http://example.org/potter#hermione> rdfs:type foaf:Person.
 <http://example.org/potter#hermione> foaf:name "Hermione Granger".
