Speaking of which, a GET on http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml redirects (301) 
to http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml/, which returns application/xhtml+xml 
with a status 200.

So is a namespace an information resource? If yes, why can't a relation 
be an information resource as well?
