I'm not sure what the state-of-the-art is w.r.t.
connections between our issues list and meeting records,
but item

"Binary XML"
http://www.w3.org/2005/05/10-tagmem-minutes.html#item05

is pretty clearly relevant to
http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/issues.html?type=1#binaryXML-30

and item "XRIs are not designed to be URIs"
http://www.w3.org/2005/05/10-tagmem-minutes.html#item07

seems relevant to
http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/issues.html?type=1#URNsAndRegistries-50

One quick-and-dirty mechanism to connect the issues list to the
meeting records is to have a "search www-tag for messages
with this issue in the subject" link next to each issue
in the issues list (I do this in DAWG
http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/issues )
Then we just include the relevant issue
names when mailing out the minutes, ala this message.
