As a convention for pointing to information about a particular version
of a particular namespace? That doesn't seem like a bad idea. In fact,
it even works for DocBook NG (my pre-5.0 DocBook experiments) :-)

  http://docbook.org/docbook-ng{/absinthe,/bourbon,/cachaca, ...}
