Interesting. Though the jump from issues with the 
core XML namespace to talking about all XML namespaces
is a big one. If this *does* get picked up by TAG in its 
more general form, please could TAG notify SWCG so we can make 
sure any findings get careful review from the SW crowd.
RDF/XML namespaces often evolve in-place, at the moment...
