[webarch] example diagrams of HTTP and Apache

Folks may be interested in this as an example, which seems to be a work
in progress.

I wouldn't say the diagrams are completely accurate, but they are
much more readable than UML.  They are using Visio with an FMC template
to produce the diagrams.
