Hello,

The TAG invites you to review the 1 July 2002 draft
of "Architectural Principles of the World Wide Web" [1].

This draft is highly unstable. This document does not
represent consensus within the TAG, but Chapter 1 does
represent a significant amount of input from TAG participants.

Although there is no strict deadline for this review,
comments before 15 July are appreciated so that the next
draft can take them into account.

The TAG has not made much progress on issue httpRange-14 [2]
"What is the range of the HTTP dereference function?" See
background email from TBL [3]. We welcome in particular,
therefore, your input on this issue.

Please note that Chapters 2 and 3 are mere sketches at
this point. Your suggestions for content are welcome.

Thank you,

  - Ian
