Crossposting: was Namespace and URIs

PLEASE do not cross-post to xml-dev and the TAG.  It
is discourteous to members of both lists.  They are
different communities with different aims, objectives,
and rules.  I would ask that crossposted items simply
be filtered out of the TAG stream; can we organize
that, Ian?   

BTW, I read both.  -Tim
