I notice the BNF grammar for the contents of xml:lang attribute that went away in the second edition made a reappearance here. Is that an oversight or deliberate? If deliberate, why? In either case, RFC 1766 has now been obsoleted by 3066: http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3066.txt The text should reflect this.
