TAG clarification

Folks,

I like to get some clarification on the following, and I hope answering
these questions is within the scope of TAG.

1.Define Architecture as understood by TAG : Identify whose definition is
it, or is it an invention of TAG.
2.Define Deliverable format for TAG: How will architectural recommendations
be communicated?.Is a Descriptive Language ( for ex: Wright etc) selected as
standard for TAG documents?
3. Non-functional goals of the Architecture being defined/ensured/followed
by TAG.
4. Where is the current architecture of Web documented?. Has it been updated
to reflect changes in last few years?.

Finally I hope deliverables are not going to be box and line diagrams!!
