Draft agenda of meeting 8 April

This is an early mailing of the proposed agenda.
Thanks Ian for drawing it up. Discussion (focussed!) of these issues
on this list before the meeting is of course a good idea.
As usual, minor changes may be made or links added to the
web page before the meeting, but no after close of business Thursday.

Homework

    1. Read documents/revisions that should be ready before end of this
       week:
          + @@Findings on uriMediaType-9@@ (DC, SW)
+ [8]Three points for TAG presentation to AC in May 2002 (TBL)
+ @@Draft on considering two URI variants to be equivalent@@
            (TBL)
          + @@Suggestions for namespace documents@@ (SW)
          + @@Critique of RFC3205@@ (RF)
+ Read [9]Architecture from 50K feet with regards to forms,
            GET, and POST

      [9] http://www.w3.org/DesignIssues/Architecture

Administrative stuff (15min)

    1. Accept [10]previous minutes?
    2. Accept this agenda?
    3. Accept state of [11]action items?
    4. Top-three topics for TAG presentation at AC meeting? See
       [12]suggestions from TBL.
    5. Mailing list policies:
+ How to keep messages on www-tag focused? Should we be asking
www-tag to concentrate on issues TAG is addressing, or should
list be open to all discussion? If so, how do we allow TAG
            participants to focus?
+ Should we have a second public list that is public-readable
and TAG-writable? Would two lists not solve any problem or
allow TAG participants facilitate focused public discussion?

Technical (70min)

    1. Review revised [13]findings on uriMediaType-9.
    2. Is there consensus that GET should be used for form actions that
do not have side effects, and POST for those that do?
Preparation: read [14]Architecture from 50K feet.
    3. Discuss issue of scope of TAG/W3C/Web Architecture (@@see TB
       Action below@@).
