SVG call agenda today

We don't have issues labelled with "agenda+", however since we've skipped the call last week - I encourage to try to get together today and at least discuss https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/pull/376

With that said - unfortunately I'll need to send regrets due to late scheduling conflict just for today. Liam if you're available for the call - I would really appreciate if you can chair.

Finally, David if you're available as well - would be great if you can drive the discussion on https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/pull/376 - you're the best expert from our team to do so anyway.

I'll try to be on IRC if possible, but can't promise that.
