Hello Saašha. This is an artifact of the way those blue element description
boxes are generated in the spec. You will notice that this is the case for all
elements that define different element-specific behaviour for xlink:href. Both
the link behind the "xlink attributes" and the single link further down in the
list point to the same place. I am not sure it is worth trying to eliminate
one of the links at this point -- although if either were to go, I would make
it the one inside "xlink attributes".
