error in feColorMatrix example

The example http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/images/filters/feColorMatrix.svgcontains:
<feColorMatrix type="saturate" in="SourceGraphic" values="40%"/>
"40%" is not a valid number, so a conforming implementation would ignore the
entire filter. Gecko ignores it.
