[SVG1.1] circular definition of SVG font vert-origin-y, ascent if neither set

Section 20.3, vert-origin-y: "If the attribute is not specified, the 
effect is as if the attribute were set to the position specified by the 
font's ascent attribute."

Assuming you mean the <font-fact> ascent attribute, as <font> doesn't 
have that attribute...

Section 20.8.3, ascent: "If the attribute is not specified, the effect 
is as if the attribute were set to the difference between the 
units-per-em value and the vert-origin-y value for the corresponding font."
