SVG11: “fitBoxToViewport” -> “viewBox”

In the description of SVGSVGElement.useCurrentView¹, there is a
reference to “fitBoxToViewport” which I think is the old name for
“viewBox”.  This should be erratumed.  (Erratumed?  Did I just verb?)
