[SVGMobile12] No ECMAScript bindings defined for uDOM

The SVG 1.2 Tiny draft doesn't include ECMAScript bindings for the uDOM. 
  That makes it difficult to review those bindings for consistency with 
the W3C DOM.  (For example, are EventListener objects function 
references in the ECMAScript uDOM binding?  SVG 1.2 Tiny doesn't say.)

Please publish these bindings?  I recall seeing a mail on this list a 
few days ago that mentioned that they exist internally and just never 
seem to actually make it into a published draft...
