SVG12: inconsistent/undefined data types

Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

uses weird and inconsistent "types" that do not appear to be defined
anywhere, e.g., both "<Number>" and "<Number.datatype>" are referred to.
Please change the draft such that it uses consistent naming. Further, it
is not really useful to simply list such types, e.g., "XSLT-QName" would
require wild guesses what this is, please change the draft such that it
links to the definition of each data type.
