Beatware is proud to announce the launch of Beatware Mobile Designer, a
complete SVG authoring environment for creating interactive SVG content for
mobile devices (i.e. cell phones and PDAs) and the Web. With Beatware Mobile
Designer, you can create SVG graphics, animations and entire interactive Web
sites using familiar drawing and animation tools. No hand coding required!

Beatware Mobile Designer includes sophisticated tools and features that take
the guesswork out of delivering designs for particular delivery platforms.
For example, if the target device is a cell phone that can only display SVG
Tiny 1.1 content, designers can select the SVG Tiny
1.1 Profile and automatically disable all features not supported by this
standard. Furthermore, designers can create custom profiles to match future
standards or unique device specifications.

In addition, Beatware Mobile Designer includes the ability to read external
XML data files and inject data from those files directly into your SVG
graphics. With this feature, you can not only insert XML text data into your
designs, but you can also modify graphics and charts based on that data. And
when coupled with the Beatware Live Assets graphics server product, you can
generate graphics on-the-fly using current XML data from anywhere on the
Web. Localized weather reports and business data, for example, are equally
easy to generate and display, complete with animated graphic elements and
interactivity.
