I think it's called XStudio now.
Last time I tried it, it was very flaky (I think it was a beta). But you 
should try it yourself, then you'll know if it fits your bill :)

XStudio is only available for Windows, so I personally won't invest time 
or $s in it before it's available for more OSs (Win+Lin+Mac is the 
minimum IMHO).
