I have been trying to insert video in my web page and that video when uploaded to server should be downloaded by the user' s computer. Can you please help me how should I proceed with it.  One of my friend tried to help me by giving your website address www.w3c.org. But Iam unable to understand . I belief to get help from you. Awaiting your response.
