New spec, updated public page

There is a new SVG spec at

The public SVG Overview page on the W3C site has also been overhauled. 

Apologies to anyone who felt slighted by the less than sparkling rate of
update to that page and the consequent non-appearance of their SVG
implementation! This was due to pressure of other work, not to a lack of
appreciation of the good work that SVG implementors are doing.

Reports of new implementations, or of updates to existing ones, are
welcome; feedback from implementors, which could help the SVG WG improve
the spec, is especially welcome.
