[css-grid] Typo: missing period in section 8.2

The CSS Grid ED, section 8.2, is missing a period in the following chunk:

# <integer> && <custom-ident>?
#     Contributes the Nth grid line to the grid item’s
#     placement If a negative integer is given, it instead

(There should be a period after "placement".)
