[css-writing-modes] run-in boxes

In Section 3.1 http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-writing-modes/#block-flow it
says:

> If a box has a different block flow direction than its containing block:
> ...
> * If the box has a specified display of run-in, its display computes to
block. [CSS21]

As display: run-in is removed from CSS2, it should refer to css-box-3.
