Yes, that’s the point of the Fragmentation spec: http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-break/ Although some details are still undefined, it provides a unified model for page breaks, column breaks, and others kinds of fragmentation. (We can of course discuss what to leave undefined or not.) -- Simon Sapin
