Is there a missing "otherwise" in bullet 2?

Example: If a horizontal flexbox has an item with 'flex-basis' of '7em',
the item has a definite flex basis, and that's the flex base size
(bullet 1) (7em). Continuing to bullet 2... if the flex basis is
'auto'... nope. Bullet 3: otherwise, if the flex basis is
'auto'... still nope. Bullet 4: Otherwise, [...] - what am I doing in
bullet 4 if flex basis is definite? I think bullet 1 is all I need to
worry about then. Or?
