We moved those units to V&U because they appeared in two specs already
- Media Queries and Image Values.  If you have a problem with the
units, it would probably be better to raise it in the context of those
specs.

In MQ, it's used in the 'resolution' query.  In Images, it's used in
the 'image-resolution' property.
