Missing reference in CSS Line Layout

In the CSS Line Layout spec, there is a value type called <line>. In
searching through this and other specs, I've been unable to find a
definition for <line>. It seems that this is missing in the spec.

>From reading the spec, though, I believe:

    <line> = <integer>
