Are there any other tools that can calculate the aspect ratio?
Preferably offline tools? I don't tend to use Font Squirrel since i
tend to work mainly with complex scripts.

Btw, for some scripts like Khmer, support for font-size-adjust is
critical t good web typography, considering the differences in metrics
between default windows Khmer fonts and other alternatives for Khmer
fonts.
