[CSS21] More on table anonymous objects

I've put together a simple testcase for some table anonymous object 
handling at 
http://web.mit.edu/bzbarsky/www/testcases/table-anonymous-objects/test-1.html

The correct rendering is 5 lines, each saying "a bc d" (no space after 
'b', spaces after 'a' and 'c').

I have yet to find a UA that actually renders that way, of course, 
including nightly webkit and gecko versions...  What I find interesting 
is the range of ways in which this test is rendered differently in 
different UAs.
