Based on that document, it appears that line-stacking-strategy is
replaced by line-box-contain and a few other properties.  Is this
true?  If so, is this question still relevant?

(Note that my understanding of line box issues comes solely from a
detailed reading of this document, and thus is likely incomplete.  I
apologize if my question is invalid due to something obvious to those
with fuller knowledge.)
