Issue 61 (http://csswg.inkedblade.net/spec/css2.1#issue-61) only mentions table rows, to my knowledge percentage heights on cells and rowgroups are in some way honored by FF3, Webkit and IE7 see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=337602 for a test case. Is there a reason why cells, and rowgroups are excluded from issue 61? If not can one expect that this will also change back to 'undefined'? Changing this to 'auto' as proposed in the spec will of course make the table height code much more easy, but I would expect a lot of pressure from the web-developers who used this for ages.
