Sorry, I actually got this slightly wrong, although for the
least-relevant case.  I forgot to include other changes since CSS
2.0 when converting the CSS2.1 results to CSS 2.0 results.  The
correct CSS 2.0 results should be (I think):

  CSS 2.0  * C E E

where * means to fill the containing block.

> Safari 3 A A A A (standards mode)
