I do not really understand your comment here. Only XHTML has an <rp>
element, and if the user agent does not support ruby, the rules for
supporting ruby in the CSS Level 3 Ruby module don't really apply.
When would an author use `display: rp` as mentioned it in the subject?
Specifically, instead of <http://www.w3.org/TR/ruby/#rp-alternatives>?
