[css3-gcpm] New WD for Generated Content for Paged Media

The CSS working group published a new draft of CSS Generated Content
for Paged Media: http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-css3-gcpm-20060919/

The new draft contains many small changes w.r.t. the previous draft,
e.g., for leaders and for running headers and footers. It also lists a
number of open issues.

As always, comments are welcome on this mailing list. Please prefix
subject lines with [css3-gcpm] as I did on this message.
