[css3-gcpm] Change bars

Hi,

I agree that the XSL properties should be considered for reuse.
In sections 4.11 and 4.20.2 through 4.20.7 of the CSSToXSLFO
manual (http://www.re.be/css2xslfo/1_3_2/manual.pdf) you can
find a proposal.
