I18n comments on CSS selectors

In response to comments from Bjoern and in order to help avoid comment thread tangles I will send out each of the comments in the comment table previously referred to as single emails.

As Bjoern points out "this would allow e.g. to quote the comment in follow ups so it's easier to decipher what's actually talked about. This would also encourage meaningful subject headers rather than references to random numbers as on the comments bundle page, and the comments can easily be linked e.g. in issue lists as used by the CSS WG."

When I respond to comments already made I will respond to these new emails but graft in the comments so far made by the CSS WG folks.
