I botched the original explanation, making it sound almost like using
Javascript to detect the screen size. My more complete and hopefully clearer
explaination is at
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2005Apr/0100.html and in a
later post to that thread about browser signatures. I read some more about
media queries, and they still seem very different from my proposal.

I'm not going to push too hard for My SCD idea, but I want to make sure
people know what it is, or at least that it isn't the same as media queries
(as far as I could tell).
