CSS 2.1 issues resolved, e-mail flood expected...

Over the past months, the CSS WG discussed more than 250 comments that
were raised on the last draft of CSS 2.1
(http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/WD-CSS21-20030915). Many were editorial or
otherwise small, some were bigger. Most of them came from this mailing
list, so you will now have to bear the consequences... :-)

Following this e-mail and over the next three days or so, I will send
out several dozen messages to this list, each one with the response to
an issue. This is required by the W3C process for making
Recommendations. Please, respond if you raised the issue and believe
the CSS WG took the wrong decision. All such objections will be passed
on to the W3C Director and will be weighed when he decides if the CSS
2.1 draft can become Candidate Recommendation (CR) or not.

Please don't wait too long. The WG hopes to finish all the edits to
the draft this week and ask for the specification to be published as a
CR in about two weeks from now.
