I should have written: At least one very common browser (Internet Explorer, 5 and 6 for Windows) implements CSS 2 section 6.4.4 "Precedence of non-CSS presentational hints" (see <http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/cascade.html#q12>) properly.
