I think implementation questions are off-topic here, but it would be 
rude of me to say so without trying to help anyway. Here's what I know:

MacIE5: CSS-2
Mozilla: CSS-2
Opera: dunno for sure, but I bet it's CSS-2
Others: unknown

Ask in comp.infosystems.www.authoring.stylesheets.
