converting mm/cm etc. to pixels

Hello,

I'm trying to render some svg graphics (on the windows platform), and I'm
having some trouble when coordinates are specified in specific units. How
should I for example for a value specified in mm convert it to pixels for
drawing, I want it to behave as the Adobe SVG Viewer,
