another use of css??

Dear Alan,

I have been using Cascading Style Sheets in my web pages and my HTML 
classes for a few years now, but I was completely puzzled when my husband 
came home ranting about how awful css was, and he couldn't read the code, 
etc. etc.

Here's the url -- Could you please enlighten me -- I'm sure I'll be getting 
a question in class one of these days.
