XSLT stylesheet for XML->HTML conversion of W3 specs?

I assume the W3 specs, such as that for XSLT itself, are authored in XML and
converted to the corresponding HTML version by an XSLT stylesheet, but have
had no luck in tracking down the stylesheet in question.  Can someone
enlighten me as to where I might find it, and/or how the HTML versions of
the specs are created?
