Is this compatible with current CSS implementations? What do they do
with this? Ignore it completely? If there is no migration plan for this
feature, I'd say it has near-zero chance of acceptance.

The font-size-adjust property, on the other hand, is more compatible
with old CSS implementations and style sheets.
