I'm not going to start a hunger strike or anything for it. In fact, my
support for the idea weakened considerably with Andrew's suggestion that
truly "advanced" features like this should be handled in the realm of
"advanced" users: on servers.

Or will this upset the teeming masses yearning to include REs in their
personal stylesheets?

Hey Chris Wilson: since WinIE's personal stylesheet UI doesn't let you
point at stylesheets on the Web, how about at least letting local
stylesheets import web stylesheets? You've closed all the doors, it seems.
