Once upon a time Chris Lilley shaped the electrons to say...

I have never liked the implication that the page author can override the
user's settings with !important.

I feel very strongly that the system should alloe the individual the final
say.  Or else some egoist designer is going to write a book telling everyone
how they should make all of their rules !important to force the reader to
see it the way *they* want it.
